İNFERTİLİTE TEDAVİSİ SONRASI GEBE KALAN KADINLARDA PRENATAL BAĞLANMA

Amaç: Bu çalışma, infertilite tedavisi sonucu oluşan gebeliklerde anne-bebek bağlanma düzeyini incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak planlanmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırmanın evrenini tüp bebek ve obstetrikliniğinde yatan, gebe kalan tüm kadınlar oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada örneklem seçimine gidilmemiştir. İnfertilite kalmış, daha önce yaşayan çocuğu olmayan, fetüste anomalisi herhangi bir psikiyatrik tanı almayan, iletişim kurulabilen araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 133 kadın araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında “Gebe Tanıtım Formu” “Prenatal Bağlanma Envanteri (PBE)” kullanılmıştır. verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS21.0 programı kullanılmış, analizlere yönelik sayı yüzde ortalama dağılımları, karşılaştırmalara yönelikstudent t test, one way anova test bonferroni testi Bulgular: Gebelerin PBE puan ortalamalarıyla gebelik trimestırları arasında istatistiksel anlamlı fark olduğu, farkın da ikinci üçüncü trimestırdaki gebelerden kaynaklandığı bulunmuştur. Sonuç : Gebelikte, kadınların fetüs sayısının etkilemediği,prenatal ortalamalarının haftası artıkça düştüğü sonucuna varılmıştır.
